What does the AMC Visiotherm do?
The Visiotherm shows the lid temperature and helps control cooking temperature without constantly opening the lid.
Why is the O-ring on the Visiotherm important?
The O-ring supports the intended fit and seal at the installation point. It must match the specific Visiotherm version.
Can a Visiotherm or Audiotherm be used in the oven?
AMC states that Visiotherm and Audiotherm units must be removed before oven use.
