Pourquoi un couvercle Secuquick ne monte-t-il pas en pression ?
La montee en pression depend du joint, du bord du couvercle, des soupapes, du bon assemblage et d'une assise propre. Si la vapeur s'echappe trop tot, le couvercle n'atteint pas la pression prevue.
Pourquoi de la vapeur s'echappe-t-elle du couvercle ?
Une fuite de vapeur inhabituelle peut venir d'un joint vieilli, d'une soupape encrassee, d'une surface d'appui abimee ou d'une piece non adaptee.
Pourquoi les soupapes et les joints doivent-ils correspondre ?
Dans un couvercle de cuisson sous pression, joint, soupapes et indicateur fonctionnent comme un systeme. Une piece inadaptee peut influencer tout le couvercle.
